An “air leakage nozzle” is available as an accessory for our rotary valves.

This is an element that is decoupled from the rotary valve and can be replaced individually.
The air leakage nozzle has the task of extracting the air transported up through the empty rotary valve chambers in order to prevent pollutants and air turbulence or similar in the inlet area of the rotary valve.
An air leakage nozzle can also be used for pressure equalisation.
A guide plate prevents sucking in of the load.
The air leakage nozzle is connected to the extraction system via one or two 1 – 1 ½ inch external threads.
This air leakage nozzle is available for all sizes of our rotary valves.
