BAUMGARTEN rotary valves have been used for decades in almost all branches of industry for conveying granular and powdery products
Rotary valves: directly flange-mounted geared motor, or free shaft journal, or external bearings, grey cast iron design / steel design, round inlet and outlet, with flange-mounted motor lantern, clutch, and geared motor, with clutch or chain drive mounted on a common bracket
Sealing lips / wear lips, with square inlet and outlet, with variable speed gear motor or frequency converter, with speed sensor unit, with scraper attachment or air leakage nozzle, with infeed shoe for pneumatic conveying, quick-cleaning version
The standard version can withstand up to 300 mbar and material temperatures of up to 80 °C, and the hot material version can withstand temperatures of up to 300 °C. Regular steel constructions as well as stainless steel and combinations are possible.
